How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Olia account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. 1.Send an email to bkartheiser@flowgatesolutions.com from the email address associated with your account
2. 2.Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. 3.Include your full name and confirm you want to permanently delete your account
4. 4.You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days
5. 5.Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of your request

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, photos, contact details)
• Child or member profiles you created
• Messages and communications
• Pickup contacts
• Membership details
• Generated access codes

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction Records: Payment history and invoices are retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance
• Legal Compliance: Data required by law or for legal proceedings
• Security Logs: Anonymized security and audit logs for 90 days

All retained data will be kept secure and used only for the purposes stated above.
